What is SoonerCare?
SoonerCare (Oklahoma Medicaid) is a health coverage program jointly funded by the federal and state government. This program helps pay some or all medical bills for many people who can't afford them.

You may qualify for SoonerCare if you are:
Who should apply online?
You should complete this application online if you fall into any of the following categories:
- Adult with children younger than 19
- Child younger than 19
- Pregnant woman
- SoonerPlan, a Family Planning Service
Who should not apply online?
You can apply at your local OKDHS offices if you:
- Receive Supplemental Security Income (SSI) payments (If you receive SSI benefits, you should apply through the Oklahoma Department of Human Services (OKDHS). Click here to find your nearest office.)
- Are disabled, blind, or age 65 and older
What services are paid for?
Covered health care services may include doctor visits, hospitalization and prescriptions. For details, please see the Benefits page.
What does it cost?
There is no cost for those who meet the income guidelines; however, co-pays may apply to some services.
