Child Health Check-ups
Babies, kids and teens need to get regular check-ups to help them stay healthy. Seeing a health care provider on a regular schedule, even when feeling well, may help prevent serious health problems in the future. Children and teens, age 20 or younger, enrolled in SoonerCare should take part in these preventive health care services.

- ears and eyes;
- teeth;
- diet and nutrition;
- immunizations if needed;
- lab tests if needed.
Your provider will also hear your concerns and provide guidance and advice about your child’s health.
