SoonerCare Provider Representatives
The Provider Services Unit at OHCA has dedicated and professional representatives to help assist you with program, policy and claims issues as well as to assist providers with access to care and quality of care issues. These representatives also recruit primary care providers/case managers for SoonerCare programs and monitor these contracts for compliance.
Provider Services representatives are available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and can be reached at the toll free number listed below. They may also be reached via SoonerCare on the Web. Just open your mailbox and select “Send Message”. It is HIPAA compliant and a fast and easy way to get your questions answered in a secure manner.

Training
SoonerCare Representatives will be happy to come to your office to provide training and support to you and your staff. Each area of the state has designated representatives that are responsible for providing on-site support. These areas are listed below.
